Raven Red Wine Cabernet Sauvignon Testing was done at Norkhel Hotel, Thimphu. The objective of the session was to raise awareness about the new blend of Raven Red Wine. The audience are the sales personnel, F&B managers, sub-distributors and wine drinkers. As planned around 30 participants consisting of sales personnel, sub-distributor and F&B managers and wine drinkers attended the program.

During the program participants were briefed on the new blend of the wine and tasting notes. Video clips and product pamphlets were also used to promote Raven and also to educate participants about the new blend of Raven.

Overall response from the participants’ were positive and they are willing to promote and sell Raven Red Wine Cabernet Sauvignon. Common feedbacks were, the design of Raven gives more wine touch. In terms of taste, the present Raven gives more grape flavor, feeling of tannin and long lasting flavor after taste.

During the event, awareness were also raised on how to drink wine, food paring, and choice of glasses, storage and servings tactics.
